She is always very knowledgable,friendly, and always ready to get answers for me in an expediant manner. I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Jennifer Smith. How lucky am I. She is wonderful. Totally efficient, super helpful with fantastic customer service. Community Group should consider themselves luck to have her. In my role as a property manager I deal with associations on a regular basis - dealing with Jennifer has been one of my best experiences. Kudos to her.
