Tess M., Community Manager and Christy S., Assistant Community Manager are absolutely amazing! They always response to our community’s concerns and service requests so efficiently. Our community is getting better and better each year. So impressed by all the detailed work done by our COA management team, from the outstanding landscaping, clean common areas, well maintained buildings, freshly painted parking lot signs, to energy saving equipment and lighting. We truly appreciate Tess and Christy’s hard work and Blue Mountain Community Management team’s excellent service!

Sarah Ziegler has been great about helping my husband and I get approval for improvements made on our new home. Their is no delay, she is always on top of getting things done quickly as she knows contractors are hard to schedule. Sending our application to the board is done with expertise. She also is a pleasure to speak with. She is always available to answer my call with any questions I may have. I worked in customer service for over 40 years, and I feel she is an asset to Blue Mountain.

I purchased my condo and moved in to this community July, 2017. Since then I have had a few encounters with the team at Blue Mountain Community Management. Most of the have been frustrating as I seemed to always get the same person and that person was not professional, unresponsive and had a ton to learn about customer service. TODAY.....that was a very different experience. I called back because the person I called yesterday, again....did not follow-up with me as promised so I was doing that for her. LUCKY for me, Cheyenne answered the call, solved my issue immediately and referred me to maintenance for the second issue where I spoke with Josh and they BOTH were professional, caring and very helpful! THANK YOU, THANK YOU for restoring my faith in this Community Management Group. The response I get from people that have lived in this community for some time and have had to deal with your company are mixed. Many of them not favorable. It is important that you understand the one negative person can be the face of the company that all too often gets referred to in a negative light. Please know that from now on when I call, I will ask for Cheyenne and/or Josh. They are the people of Blue Mountain Community Management that you want in the forefront representing you and putting you in the bright light they deserve. Thank you Cheyenne and are doing a terrific job!
