I was helped by Lena Papakonstantinou today over the phone. She was very professional. She delivered very good customer service to me. Answered all my questions pleasantly, very nice, accommodating and not rushing me. She listened to everything I said. I got almost perfect customer service. I was a happy customer. Hopefully this is a good start for me as a new homeowner under your management. The old management we had never care at all.

As President of the Board of Springbrook Square HOA I can share that our decision to switch to Associa EMB two years ago was and continues to be rewarded by excellent service. Much of that is due to Monika Padilla, our CAM. She is a true professional and great partner and coach for our Board. And in our first year through a difficult transition, her boss Melissa Robertson, was our Go-To coach. We needed lots of help moving from a poor former Management company, and the EMB team worked with us to clean up and improve our HOA operations. Now in our third year, things are working very well. We would like some more improvements in TownSQ, but understand we were one of the earliest users of this new program. It has improved, and is well used in our 162 home community. We recently activated our web site using the TownSQ no-cost tools, and volunteer owner skills to create. TownSQ is a great community communication tool. This just adds to the many benefits of our Associa partnership.

I am really thankful for the after hours help from Michelle Saulina. We were hit with a storm at 2 AM which resulted in a tree hitting the house and power loss. Michelle answered the emergency call right away the moment I called at 2 AM and contacted the contractors for evaluation of the situation. She made sure that I was kept informed by following up with me several times during the incident. The contractor arrived at the property first thing in the morning. Because of her prompt coordination, the contractors was able to reprioritize and relocated to our property to remove the tree, despite the fact they have many incident calls throughout the day. This fast coordination also allowed another contractor to tarp the roof before the next rain hit. After the storm, the property owners had concerns with a leaning tree that might become a safety concern in the future. I called Michelle the next morning and she was already aware of it and was on the case to. This type of ownership is just impressive.
