Ms. Williams has more than 10 years of community management experience and previously served as an executive in luxury hotel management throughout the U.S. and Europe. As the new regional vice president, she will focus on operational excellence and implementing best practices across Associa’s western branches.

Ms. Williams earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Sonoma State. She also holds the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) designation from the Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB) as well as a Community Association Manager (CAM®) license in the state of Colorado.
