Dublin, OH – November 2, 2017 – Associa Real Property Management announces the recent hire of Sheri Burke, CMCA®, AMS®, PCAM®, as the new community director. In this new position, Ms. Burke will oversee all day-to-day operations, maintenance and financial monitoring of the communities.
Ms. Burke has more than 30 years of property management industry experience and has held many positions at Associa including supervisor of accounting, controller, and implementation consultant as well as vice president of operations where she focused on streamlining processes and building support teams.
“Sheri has been an asset to the Associa team for more than 15 years, and her vast experience and industry expertise will aid in her success as the new community director,” stated Aimee Myers, CMCA®, AMS®, PCAM®, Associa Real Property Management president. “She will be a wonderful liaison for our residents and the communities we serve.”
Ms. Burke served as treasurer on the board of directors at Community Associations Institute (CAI) for the Columbus chapter. Additionally, she has earned the designations of Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), Association Management Specialist (AMS), and the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) certification through CAI.
Ms. Burke graduated from Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
