Associa’s MRCM Promotes Craig McMillan to Vice President of Operations

MISSISSAUGA, ON – February 8, 2017 – Maple Ridge Community Management (MRCM), an Associa company, is proud to announce that it has named Craig McMillan vice president of operations. This is a promotion for McMillan who most recently served at the company’s general manager of operations. He will oversee day-to-day operations of the Mississauga firm. 

“Craig is highly engaged and motivated to ensure our team consistently delivers the high levels of customer service MRCM has become renowned for. He mentors team members, teaches RCM courses and invests heavily in his own continuing development,” says MRCM President Michael Le Page. “For more than a decade Craig has been a strong contributor to our success and we look forward to teaming with him in his new capacity.”

McMillan has served the condominium management industry since 2003 when he joined MRCM. He is a Registered Condominium Manager (RCM) and RCM instructor.  McMillan is a member of the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario (ACMO) and Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI) Toronto and Golden Horseshoe Chapters.  He is a sought after speaker at ACMO/CCI conferences and has written a number of industry-related articles. McMillan studied abroad at Ayr College, UK, with a focus on information technology.
