Associa Maple Ridge Community Management Awarded Management Contract for Neptune and Neptune II at Waterpark City

MISSISSAUGA, ON. – August 14, 2017 – Associa Maple Ridge Community Management (MRCM), has been awarded the management contract for the Neptune and Neptune II at Waterpark City in Toronto, Ontario which will begin on November 1, 2017.

The two-tower property is a prestigious residential complex located on Fort York Boulevard just west of Bathurst Street. The buildings are comprised of 38 stories with a total of 861 suites, ranging in size and style. The suites have stunning views of Toronto’s Harbourfront and the downtown skyline, with amenities including an exercise room, common rooftop deck, party room guest suites, sauna, pool, meeting/function room and security.  Residents have access to the growing and historical Fort York neighborhood, which houses cultural attractions such as the Harbourfront Centre, Molson Canadian Amphitheatre, and the Canadian National Exhibition. The neighborhood also has a trendy selection of retail shops and restaurants, not far from Toronto’s Entertainment District, Liberty Village, Queen Street West and only a bunt away from Toronto’s Rogers Centre, home of the Toronto Blue Jays.
