Williams joined Associa in November and is overseeing operations, business development and the association management teams within the three branch locations in Colorado Springs, Fort Collins, and Lakewood.

Prior to Associa, Williams was president of Hammersmith Management where she worked for the last eight years. Before that, she served as vice president for national and international hotel companies. Williams earned a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation from Community Associations Institute (CAI) and has a Bachelor in Business Administration from the University of California Sonoma State.
