The seminar will be presented in partnership with Attorney Jim Slaughter of the firm Black, Slaughter & Black, which is one of the largest HOA/condo practices in the Carolinas. Slaughter is a fellow in CAI’s College of Community Association Lawyers and served as CCAL’s 2014 national president. He has served on the North Carolina Bar Association’s Community Association Committee since its inception, and is currently president of the North Carolina-CAI Chapter.
