SCHAUMBURG, Illinois – January 12, 2016 – Associa Chicagoland Community Manager Rose Jurczewski is in the running for The Council of Community Association Professionals’ (CCAP) Portfolio Manager of the Year. She was recently recognized with the 2015 Rising Star Award from the Illinois Chapter of Community Associations Institute (CAI).
The National “Manager of the Year” Contest is open to professional community managers across the nation who are actively engaged in managing association-governed communities. The field has been narrowed down to 25 finalists and the winner will be announced at the 2016 CAI Annual Conference & Exposition in Orlando, Florida on May 4.

Jurczewski joined Associa Chicagoland last year and has been in the community management industry for eight years. She is an Illinois licensed community manager and has earned her Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and Association Management Specialist (AMS) designations through CAI.
