SUMMERVILLE, South Carolina – December 7, 2016 – Associa Carolinas welcomes Gail Richvalsky to the Associa family and has appointed her lifestyle director in K. Hovnanian’s® Four Seasons at Lakes of Cane Bay. Richvalsky will work to create fitness, social and wellness programs for the prestigious 828-home active lifestyle community centered on an expansive 300-acre lake system in Summerville, South Carolina.

Richvalsky has more than 20 years’ experience in lifestyle management, most of that within 55+ communities. Being a resident of an active lifestyle community herself, she is familiar with the neighborhood and its amenities which include an indoor pool, state-of-the-art fitness facility, and demonstration kitchen. Richvalsky will also expand upon the success of the popular outdoor activities including two saline swimming pools, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, bocce courts, the lake, and walking trails.
