Club West Master Association is a master-planned community in Blaine, a bustling north suburb of the Twin Cities. Club West consists of 10 member associations overseen by the Club West Master Association.
Within the 10 member associations, there are a variety of home types, including condo, townhome, single family and detached townhomes, plus single-level and multi-level homes. Club West was designed with the concept of seamless transition at any stage of life, from a starter condo to a single-family home to one-level living — without ever leaving the comfort of the community.
The community itself features a clubhouse for homeowner and community sponsored events, a 24-hour fitness center, walking trails, gazebos, fishing dock and paddle boat, tennis courts, horseshoe pits, volleyball and sport courts, playground and swimming pool.
Provide a mix of social events and tailored amenities to satisfy a unique mix of 1145 homes in an upcoming northern suburb of the Twin Cities.
Partnering with Associa’s Minnesota branch, CDI (Community Development, Inc.) added a wealth of additional resources that helped inform key board decisions, from financial issues to social events and more. Through Associa, Club West also has legal consultants and debt recovery programs at its disposal.
The Club West Board of Directors is a talented group of individuals made up of one appointed member from each community. They are constantly seeking to promote, maintain and enhance the neighborhood for the betterment of all homeowners, and have consistently listened to homeowner requests.
Current projects consist of protecting the association’s over 300 ash trees from EAB and increasing safety by lowering speeds and increasing awareness of pedestrians along Club West Parkway, which runs through the community. With the help of Associa, Club West now truly lives up to its unofficial motto: “Other neighborhoods wish they were this cool!”
