Any new prospect you submit that results in a signed management agreement qualifies for a $500 incentive. The best news? There’s NO LIMIT to the number of new leads you can submit, so there’s NO LIMIT to the amount of money you can make!
RULES & EXCLUSIONS:
Home Office executive team members, branch leadership team members, and business development/sales team members aren’t eligible.
Must be a full-service management agreement.
Must be an Associa employee at the time of payment to be eligible.
If the monthly management fee is lower than $500, the employee qualifies for the equivalent of one month’s management fee.
Payment will appear on the submitting employee’s payroll check roughly 45-60 days after the start of the contract.
A business development professional may contact the submitting employee with questions and ask for an introduction based on the relationship with the lead.
This form must have been submitted prior to sales engaging with the lead to be eligible for payment.
