Aimee Myers, Vice President, Real Property Management | Leadership | Associa

Aimee began working for Associa Real Property Management Inc. in November 2005 as a portfolio manager of condominium and homeowner associations. Aimee has played an active role as a leader in the property management industry since 1988. She is well versed in the day to day operations of asset property management, commercial management, as well as new construction and renovation projects.

Aimee graduated from Ohio Dominican University with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration. Additionally, she has earned the designations of Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), Association Management Specialist (AMS), and the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) certification through Community Associations Institute.

In 2009, Aimee was promoted to senior community association manager to assist during transitions, staff changes, AU coordinator with Associa University, training, mentoring and giving presentations for new accounts. In 2012, Aimee was promoted to vice president and is leading our team at our Tri-State office located in Cincinnati which serves our clients in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana. Aimee served on the board of directors at Community Associations Institute as vice president in 2012 at the Columbus chapter and has been serving as a projects committee member at the Tri-State chapter since 2013.
