I greatly appreciated the support I received from Christy Shaner at Blue Mountain Community Management in trying to resolve a delay in a recent ARC approval request that we had submitted for a storm door installation on our home. Christy was very responsive and helpful to me when I contacted her. She was quick to respond to my emails and phone calls, and was finally able to escalate the delay and get the request approved for us. Thanks so very much!
