We got off to a rocky start with Blue Mountain due to homeowners' diffculty understanding how to use TownSq and not understanding how to submit their payments. Homeowners insisted they were up to date on payment but showed delinquent. Some homeowners have complained that it is hard to reach staff by telephone or that calls are not returned. Other than that, I am very happy with Jeff Williams as our go-to guy and Jordan Bright coordinating maintenance activities.

My rating of 5 is specific to Danielle Novak, Administrative Assistant. Danielle was highly responsive to numerous emails from me. She put together into one package many photos and sketches of a landscaping project that I was submitting for approval. Danielle also gave advice to me, and made it very clear to me what deadlines there were to obtain approval sooner rather than later. I'm confident the DCC would have rejected my improvement project was it not for Danielle.
