Ariz came on as our community manager and did not miss a beat after Sydney moved to other accounts. She was very personable and arranged for us to have monthly phone conferences to get all of our concerns and questions addressed. This cut down on association email tremendously and helped our Board understand the processes and feel supported by Blue Mountain.
