I wanted to recognize one of your employees, Rebecca I. Vélez Méndez. I am in the process of selling my home and received two (in my opinion, unwarranted) violations after I had moved out of the property and had relocated. My realtor had emailed your organization on in an effort to get the violations resolved, but did not receive a response (perhaps he used the incorrect contact). With closing scheduled for today, I was able to reach out to Rebecca. She understood my concerns and once I forwarded the email that had been previously sent, she contacted the covenant coordinator quickly and these violations were closed the next day, allowing the sale of my home to close as scheduled. I want to express my appreciation for her quick actions and happy personality as she handled the issue. Thanks to Rebecca my home will be sold on time today and I’ll be able to close on my new home! Frank Alvarez Abreu is an outstanding property manager who consistently goes above and beyond time and time again. He has been a tremendous resource and help to us since we took ownership of our condo last August. Frank is extremely reliable and makes himself easily accessible to his residents. He is prompt in his replies to e-mails and messages. Frank actively keeps our condo community informed via e-mail updates of all relevant current news. He is the consummate professional who is a caring and compassionate person who cares about the communities he manages and residents who live there.
