My name is Maritza Jimenez working with Watson Realty Corp in Orlando with Relocation VIP Department. A multinational company is relocating my Customer to live in Orlando. My Customer chose one of the properties for rent in Eagle Crk community. In this community the Tenants have to be approve by the HOA. The process for my customer's approval have been smoothly and enjojeable, the HOA' Team, are so nice, and willing to help. They are giving us guidance, and they respond the emails in a promptly way. Is the first time for my Customer to live in US, and she has been impress for the professionalism of Eagle Creek Administrator team. Thank you so much, your hard work is truly appreciate!

We live in Ocoee in the Village of Wesmere. My husband and I have both been quarantined since March 8, 2020, because of high risk issues. Recently within the last six weeks our gate code was not working. We receive all our groceries and medication by delivery, so this became a problem. They would look us up on directory and we would get the call, could hear the gate sound "opening" but it never opened. They would call and we would give them our gate code, and tried again, but the gate did not open. The situation was that delivery could not get in and we could not get to the gate to open it for them. I sent numerous emails to Elizabeth Serra each time, and she very professionally said she would reset the gate code. It might work one time after that, but it still would not give access. This was stressful because I could see the line of cars behind the delivery person and they could not access. I also watched all other cars being able to come through. Each time I sent Elizabeth an e-mail and even on her day off, she would respond and reset our gate code. Finally, she came to work one day, immediately tried the gate code and it still did not work. She gave us a new gate code and we have gotten four deliveries since then with no issues. I know I was stressed to see my medication and groceries be unable to access the community. Throughout it all, Elizabeth was understanding, professional, and worked hard to resolve this. It feels good to know that someone did care and took the time and understanding to help us. My husband and I are grateful for this, and appreciate being listened to!!!

To whom it may concern, My name is Evelyn Pagan and my address is 12822 Forestedge Cir. I am currently writing you because of the lien on my house. I have spoken to Woodland HOA and they explained that I am missing some payments in July of 2020. I did not receive and emails/ phone calls or any type of communication of a missing payment. If I were aware of this, I would have paid it ahead of time. My husband and I have lived in this house for three years and never have had any problems with the HOA. I believe that the HOA should waive the fee this one time due to this being the only time that this will happen with our account. To resolve this issue, I intend to pay for the whole year in the future to make sure we will always be up to date with payments. Thank you for your time and I hope you have a great day.
