Patti Walton is a fantastic community manager. She always replies to requests promptly and goes above and beyond when you need help with something. If you're looking for a community manager, request it be her because I can't speak more highly of her.

Working with a large property management group can sometimes be impersonal and can have a "Corporate like coldness" feel when conducting business due to the sheer number of customers they service. The property management leadership team for The LAKES at LARCHMONT, however is quite the opposite when it comes to customer service. In particular, Joanne Granozio and her assistant Stephanie have shown consistent excellent customer service over the years and have gone above and beyond the call of duty when with helping owners through a number of concerns and needs. An example of this is when Mrs. Granozio, took the time to sit with me and go over some critical documentation so that I understood all the perimeters involved and then she provided detailed explanations where needed. She was patient, very knowledgeable, and truly listened to my concerns. I did not have an appointment to see Mrs. Granozio, and yet she still stopped what she was doing to see me immediately to address my questions. She was professional, knowledge and provided meaningful solutions. Over the past years, I have experienced nothing short of excellent customer service and communications from the Mrs. Granozio, Stephanie and the Lakes at Larchmont Management Team BRAVO ZULU Mrs. Granozio
