Kent Davis just called me on an issue. It might seem small, but I've had many many HOA's at this complex and this has to be one of the first times I've been reached out to. Kent was undertanding and kind and felt like an advocate for me. I really appreciated his help, and am very excited to have him manage the community. AMAZING service.

Hey Somerset, I recently just got done speaking with our Somerset Community Manager, Kent Davis, and the experience is one that necessitates comment. Our building was introduced to Kent after the previous management company made it clear through their actions (or lack thereof), that we required a change. This transition occurred as I was attempting to have the previous management company sort out some water damage caused by a leak. They were, for several reasons, unsuccessful in addressing my concerns, despite having been "helping" me for about 2 years. After Somerset replaced the old company, I approached Kent Davis, who had made it clear during his introduction to the homeowners that all concerns can be addressed to him directly. Leaks are often tough situations, as can be vendors. When the lines of communication get stretched between as many parties, details can often be overlooked. With that said, it is difficult to picture a more direct and professional approach than that taken by Mr. Davis. In addition to repeatedly assuaging my concerns about every possible detail, Kent is always willing to return phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication, with both alacrity and concerned compassion. It is my sincere desire that in writing these comments, those within his organization and elsewhere are able to witness evidence of his considerable capabilities for property management, as well as diligent customer service.

After Austin Water alerted us that they were no longer serving our area, Kent took the initiative to set us up with the new water company. He was super helpful and communicative throughout the entire process.

After a very long and frustrating time dealing with Associa trying to get our automatic debit cancelled, I was finally transferred to Kent Davis at Somerset. Although I was still very upset and frustrated, he immediately helped me with my problem. He was kind, efficient and professional. Congratulations to Somerset for having someone with his abilities on your staff.
