I have been a board member for Litchfield Hundred for three years and have worked very closely with Mary Ellen since her assignment to our neighborhood. I think very highly of her and your organization as a whole. She has been very responsive and very helpful during a time of change. Like a forensic scientist, Mary Ellen dug in, researched, asked questions, and took genuine interest in the workings of our neighborhood. She displays the right attitude. Very customer focused and service oriented. She attempts to answer every question and fulfill every request even when bombarded by multiple individuals in conversational e-mail format. With my exit from the board, I want to say thank you for your support. Mary Ellen, you are an absolute blessing and a pleasure to work with.

Last week the water at our condo complex The Woods was shut off from 10:00am Monday to 4am Weds due to many issues in trying to access the break. Throughout the this time our management representative Ken Baggs monitored the process and kept the home owners aware of what was happening. Although this was very inconvenient his steady communication helped the homeowners plan and get through it. He was extremely professional and diligent.

A water main break occurred right beside my unit. Ken was on top of it with updates and crucial information to keep everyone informed. I really appreciated his diligence to maintain communication with the plumbers, tree surgeons and GA Power and providing important information allowing me to plan accordingly. Thank you Ken. -B
