Monika Loeffler is very responsive to information requests. She answers all phone calls and emails promptly. She has a great attitude, is friendly and knowledgeable about all HOA matters. She is a real asset for the community.

Sabrina has been such a pleasure. She has promptly responded to my emails and has demonstrated a sense of urgency toward my issue which I greatly appreciate. Excellent communication, and customer service. She has resolved my issue and I am grateful to her for it.

Caleigh was a pleasure to work with! She was friendly, patient, professional and had excellent communication skills! She let me tell her of my experience and how I felt about things without interrupting or judging. She had my acct pulled up and already reviewed so she knew what she was talking about prior to our phone call. Listing facts she helped to identify the issue of a missing check that I sent but wasn’t posted and probably never received. She patiently waited while I went thru bank statements to see if the check was cleared. She even suggested looking at later statements to ensure it wasn’t deposited later in the year. She explained the charges and immediately emailed the necessary info for me to review and submit upon my discretion. Immediate feedback with where the matter resides and what to expect next. It was a real pleasure working with her! One thing though . . . Trying to get a hold of a person initially without having a Name was very frustrating, eventually going to a recorder to leave a message. Maybe that is intentional but for a customer who is already upset it is frustrating. People like Caleigh makes people less defensive when she calls them back but maybe tweaking the auto answering recording could help as well.
