Have water problems for years with no resoloution. this year called and left message and got a response the next day and landscaper came out and took a look. the next day they came back change the dead bushes and laid down some sod. what they did was quick and responsive but i think they need to finish with more sod. don't know maybe they are coming back at a later date. have had a response already and they are coming back to finish. thanks Orlando for a quick response. you have been very helpful and quick. In August 2019 the HOA towed my tenant auto in error. My tenant paid $125 too towing company Every month I made an effort to resolve this issue to recover my tenants $125. No communication. Mr Lewis recently took over management of our HOA. I contacted him and discussed the situation. Within 2 days he resolved my request. He said a check would be mailed to my tenant shortly. I tried for 6 months and he solved in two days. He is definitely an asset to your company.

I wanted to recognize one of your employees, Rebecca I. Vélez Méndez. I am in the process of selling my home and received two (in my opinion, unwarranted) violations after I had moved out of the property and had relocated. My realtor had emailed your organization on in an effort to get the violations resolved, but did not receive a response (perhaps he used the incorrect contact). With closing scheduled for today, I was able to reach out to Rebecca. She understood my concerns and once I forwarded the email that had been previously sent, she contacted the covenant coordinator quickly and these violations were closed the next day, allowing the sale of my home to close as scheduled. I want to express my appreciation for her quick actions and happy personality as she handled the issue. Thanks to Rebecca my home will be sold on time today and I’ll be able to close on my new home!
