Terrible experience! I tried to have my driveway fixed(Paying for it myself) because it is lifted where someone can trip and hurt themself. I went by the specs of the other 10 neighbors and submitted the request to be approved. I submitted the request on April 20th and I even noted if the specs needed to be adjusted to fit the board needs that was fine. Not only did I not get a response until June 20th, but after waiting that long I were told I waa declined with no explanation at all. This entire process is slow, the people that work here are unprofessional (Frank), but they expect you to do what they tell you at any given time, so stay away if you can! **Update** Driveway was finally approved within 24 hours and completed after Frank was removed from the HOA board. Found out his front yard is worse than everyone else's. Happy with the current HOA committee.
