This is my second post about Monique and Associa. We are now in our 6th month of being managed by Associa and have nothing but good things to say about her and Associa. Monique has been one of the MOST helpful individuals I ever had the pleasure of working with in a management company. She is very responsive in assisting the Board on various items/issues as well as follow up with owner’s specific issues / questions. Keep up the good work!!!

I noticed a broken piece of playground equipment and was concerned about it for safety issues. The piece in question was removed in less than 24 hours and a replacement part was ordered.

In April 2017, the Central Texas area experienced terrible weather with thunderstorms, heavy rains and devastating tornadoes. During this time, the access gate to The Falls @Fox Creek in Killeen, TX was severely damaged due to being struck by lightening. The Associa Hill Country (Associa) staff worked diligently to get the gate and the electrical system repaired, which was by no means an easy task. Ms. Kay Thacker, the Community Manager, was especially outstanding. She informed residents of the problem and explained Associa's plans for the repairs and the assignment of new Gate Codes and Remotes for access by the residents. Ms. Thacker showed expertise and displayed excellent communication and great follow-through. She emailed the residents, took phone calls from residents, and was on-site at The Falls @Fox Creek to answer questions, explain the new Gate access process, take registration forms for new access codes and to pass out Gate Codes and Remotes to the residents personally. I am very impressed by the Associa organization and the professionalism of the staff. The excellent communication, attention to details, and good follow through by Ms. Thacker was top notch and the difference between mission success and what could have been a disaster. Keep up the great work.

Nathaniel Rodriguez has exceptional customer service. He was able to provide us with information needed when we were in a time crunch. He was informative and answered all my questions. Phone calls and e-mails were answered in a timely matter. He saved the day!

oakview condominiums - unit #108
i emailed my community manager [out of town] and her assistant, jordan zapata this morning re a tenant who had a leak from the unit above him. i got an immediate response from jordan who sent maintenance to the property, found the clogged a/c and hopefully stopped the leak. if only all problems were solved this fast. sadly the ones that require board approval, i.e. pool and hot tub can take weeks to repair.

I work daily with our Manager, Traci Garcia and her assistant Courtney Miller for the community of Westfield as the Board President. I can get requests and action very quickly. Their service is top notch. Though I have not had the following problem, I have had homeowners complain that when they call, they cannot get someone to answer the phone and when they do leave a call back message, the return call is not given.
