Our company deals with 50+ Home Owner Associations throughout Jacksonville. Quite often as is the case here, we have the pleasure of dealing with someone like Nicole Pickering who's responsiveness and attention to detail is admirable. The sub-division she manages is in very good hands. Thank you Nicole.

I contacted the office on 3 different occasions because I was having some issues with the front gate code. The first time I called (Aug 6) I was told that there was no record of me in the system. I found this to be strange because I've lived here for 6 years. Since no record of me could be found, the lady that I spoke with wanted to know if I was renting out my property. I told her no. I was focused on trying to get the gate code issue resolved and was hoping that we could verify the information. She didn't make that suggestion. Instead, she stated that she didn't know why I wasn't able to use it. She continued by telling me that she needed all the information from my remote access key and pass cards. At the time, I wasn't able to provide it because I was driving. On Aug 07, 2018, I spoke with another young lady that told me that the 1st lady wasn't there, but would return on Mon Aug 13, 2018. I provided the 2nd lady with the missing information and wanted to know when I could get my gate code reset. She didn't know but would ask the manager to contact me. On Aug 08, I called again because the manager hadn't contacted me. This time, I was very fortunate enough to speak with John. He verified everything in the system to make sure that it was correct. Any missing information that he needed was sent, and he patiently stayed on the phone until he received everything. I'm not very tech savvy, so he also walked me through that process. Once he received everything, he made sure that it was inputted into the system. He also verified my gate code and found out that it was entered incorrectly and made the corrections. He went out of his way to provide EXCELLENT customer service. He was very patient, understanding and listened to my complaints and frustrations concerning this entire 3-day process. Not once, did he try to dismiss or rush me off of the phone. I can't thank him enough for his assistance and the services that he provided.

I've been a home owner for many years. Throughout my experience I've met several different professionals within the home owner association network. Often, it felt impossible to get a reply or answer to simple questions. Today, I had a wonderful experience with Christina and I just wanted to share. Typically people email or call for wrong doing, but I think it's important to highlight the positive moments. I felt that Christina and her team were not only knowledgeable and kind, they were extremely prompt and patient. They answered all my questions and were extremely patient. It can be frustrating managing several townhomes, but I felt they went above and beyond for me and my family. I would Highly recommend Associa to everyone.
