I worked with Ron Finin (Collection Manager for Community Association Services of Indiana) on a somewhat difficult transaction involving many moving pieces. Ron provided such incredible service, attention to detail, & timeliness, I was blown away. Rarely do I experience this level of service and care in this industry. In addition to that, he was kind and supportive. Thanks Ron! You eased a great burden of stress from a stressful transaction.

Reported problems with our street lights, and received a follow-up call from Dana. Shortly after the call the vendor arrived and repaired the lights. The timing is good as the bus stops under the lights are now dark in the mornings this time of year.
