Introducing Associa Vendor Access

Associa Vendor Access (AVA)

Thank you for your interest in providing services to Associa Hawaii managed communities. We would like to introduce a unified and enhanced vendor experience with Associa Vendor Access (AVA). AVA is a portal utilized by vendors serving our mutual clients, which could benefit your business with the opportunity for additional work and strong referrals.

The AVA program is completely voluntary, enrollment is NOT required. Associa Hawaii encourages the AVA program for all vendors such as Property & Professional Services, as we are committed to provide unsurpassed community management services.

Associa Hawaii has partnered with an expert in compliance standards to take vendors through the compliance process and validate minimum insurance and financial standards.

The benefits for participating in the compliance program include: 

  • Provides greater exposure to other Associa Hawaii managed communities
  • Online submission of invoices
  • Visibility to invoice status
  • Validation of minimum compliance standards reduce risks for businesses and communities
  • Allows storing and tracking of all important documents
