Elena is AMAZING! She's trustworthy, organized, efficient, hardworking, punctual, detail oriented, dedicated and highly skillful in handling senseless people. Unlike most property managers I've come across with who never answer or return calls, Elena greets me in person on the other side of the line every time I call. A good property manager reinforces order and peace in the community and brings value to your asset and investment. Ask for Elena if you care about your community and property.

Overall Service Delivery/Customer Service: When an Owner calls the Office and is asked to leave a message, calling back the Owner in a timely manner is important. Correspondence regarding AGM, Agenda or letters to Owners typing errors such as incorrect dates or numbers still appear. Suggestion: who proof reads the documents before they are sent ? Perhaps someone else besides the writer should proof read the documents to eliminate unnecessary mistakes. Does Peter have sufficient time to complete the volume of work associated with The Fairways? Perhaps Associa has given their Managers more units to be responsible for than they can properly handle. As a result Peter is a bit behind in responding or preparing or taking action or dealing with various items and the pressure he is under causes a bit of a lack of attention to detail. It is Not his organizational or management skills just too much on his plate. Balancing work and personal lifestyle is essential to the well being of any employee. Seminars: As Owners of a Strata complex we appreciate Laszio's time and effort organizing these seminars providing us with valuable information. Technology: When products or services are introduced re: computer/financial system, a year in the works, coding errors are still occurring. This is not acceptable. Peter, our Community Manager, is an excellent advisor and leads by example. He has suggested setting up committees to assist Council members re: Security, Maintenance, Social-the committee would submit a report, forward it to a Council member who would present it at a regular Council meeting. He continues to keep our meetings on track focusing on the topic of discussion. Peter provides Council with valuable information to aid in making a proper decision. At our recent AGM in February Peter handled the meeting in a professional manner with his knowledge and ability to deal with the Owners. Thank you Peter. Liz, our Director of Community Managers, thank you for your guidance in dealing with various concerns.
