Reno, NV – March 28, 2019 - Associa Sierra North will be hosting two classes facilitated by the Office of the Ombudsman for Common Interest Communities and Condominium Hotels (CIC) on Wednesday, April 3, 2019, from 10AM - 12PM and 1PM -3PM PT.
The sessions’ topics will include steps to ensure compliance with state laws, budgeting, reserve study information, financial terms and what they mean, importance of interim financial statements, audits vs. reviews, and budget adoption and ratification in accordance with NRS 116.
