Ms. Robertson has more than 13 years of community association management experience. She most recently served as vice president of operations at Associa Sierra North in Reno, Nevada where she oversaw the community management team and focused on branch operations and client growth.
“Melissa has been instrumental in creating a positive working environment, building and maintaining successful customer relationships, and expanding client growth across the Northern Nevada area,” stated George Zalitis, Associa senior vice president. “Under her leadership, we are excited to see where her vision takes EMB Management as we continue to focus on improving our customer service and community reach.”
Ms. Robertson holds the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA©) designation, Association Management Specialist (AMS©) designation, and Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM©) designation from Community Association Institute (CAI). She is a valued member of the CAI and has served on the local Political Action Committee (PAC), which supports candidates who support the community association industry.
