Associa Hires Steve McKinley as Senior Vice President for Central Region and Acquisitions

Dallas, TXApril 1, 2019 Associa, the industry’s largest community management company, announces the recent hiring of Steve McKinley as the new senior vice president for the central region and acquisitions.

As senior vice president for the central region and acquisitions, Mr. McKinley will oversee Associa branch offices throughout the U.S. and Canada as well as all acquisitions. He will focus on mentoring branch presidents, helping them achieve Associa’s core corporate objectives, and supporting Associa’s corporate policies. Mr. McKinley will also be tasked with educating branch leaders in a variety of areas, including company performance, business planning, and innovation.

Mr. McKinley has more than 30 years of retail operations and sales experience. Prior to joining Associa, he held several leadership positions including vice president sales and client relations, divisional vice president of operations, and senior director of operations. Mr. McKinley has been a valued senior team member at AcceptanceNow, Rent-a-Center, Dollar General, OfficeMax, and Circuit City.

Mr. McKinley holds a bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications from Texas Tech University, with a minor in Business Management.
