RENO, NV – April 29, 2019 - Associa Sierra North and several managed communities were recently honored at the Community Associations Institute (CAI) Nevada chapter awards gala in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Associa Sierra North managed community, Woodchase Condominiums, won the Northern Nevada Outstanding Small Association of the Year award. Woodchase is a beautiful community comprised of 324 units, and recently underwent improvements to its gym, clubhouse, and gutter system.
The Northern Nevada Outstanding Large Association of the Year award was presented to Associa Sierra North managed community, Arrowcreek Homeowners Association. Arrowcreek is a prestigious community of 1089 lots near the Sierra Nevada mountain range and Lake Tahoe, with a stunning golf course, dedicated board, and committees.
Board member, Deanna Lee, from Associa Sierra North managed community, Edge Condominiums, received the Northern Nevada Association Board Member of the Year award for her continued dedication, innovation, and leadership.
