Dallas, TX – April 24, 2019 – Associa, the industry’s largest community management company, regional vice president, Nancy Hastings CMCA®, AMS®, PCAM®, was recently awarded the Community Associations Institute New Jersey Chapter (CAI-NJ) Author of the Year award at the annual awards dinner in Somerset, NJ.
The annual awards dinner is a celebration of excellence in the community association industry where more than 300 CAI-NJ members gathered to recognize the achievements of both members and the chapter. Ms. Hastings co-authored an article with Glenda Carroll, director of community associations for Toll Brothers. The article titled “Aging in Place Within Your Community,” gave an in-depth look at trends and best practices relating to aging in your own home. Specifically, safety, comfort, and keeping your independence.
“We are extremely proud of Nancy and Glenda on receiving this prestigious award from CAI-NJ,” stated Craig Lubaczewski, Associa senior vice president for the eastern region. “This recognition is well deserved as they continue their dedicated service to the New Jersey chapter of the CAI.”
Ms. Hastings is an avid CAI member and holds the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA©) designation, Association Management Specialist (AMS©) designation, and Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM©) designation from Community Associations Institute (CAI).
