Falls Church, VA – April 16, 2019 – Legum & Norman, an Associa company, hosted a board member training seminar and vendor expo at the Atlantic Sands Hotel & Conference Center in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware.
The training event hosted more than 100 potential and current clients as well as community managers and Legum & Norman leadership. Industry leaders Chad J. Toms, Esquire of Whiteford Taylor Preston, LLP; Kevin E. McLaughlin, senior vice president and general counsel of The McKee Group; and Tara Laing, general manager of Legum & Norman provided information on new communities and developer transition, amending governing documents, and document adherence and violations. The seminar also included a complimentary breakfast, lunch, and vendor exhibit where attendees connected with more than 20 local businesses.
