Falls Church, VA – September 17, 2018 – Legum & Norman, an Associa company, announces the hiring of John Halfhill as vice president of the Falls Church branch.
Mr. Halfhill joins Legum & Norman with more than 13 years of progressive property management experience overseeing various community types including condominiums, cooperatives, HOAs and large-scale communities. He has vast leadership experience supervising on-site managers and portfolio managers as well as managing employee development and association operations. Most recently, Mr. Halfhill served as the on-site manager of a large-scale community in Chantilly, Virginia for a community management firm in the Washington, DC area.
