Dallas, TX – September 12, 2018 – Associa, the industry’s largest community management company, announces the promotion of Leslie Baldwin, CMCA®, AMS®, to vice president of sales. In her new position, Ms. Baldwin will focus on new client growth and profitability initiatives for Associa’s North America operations.
Ms. Baldwin joined Associa in 2010 and has more than 20 years of sales and association management experience. She has held several positions including business development manager, director of management services, and regional sales manager. In her most recent role, she was responsible for the development and performance of sales activities in Canada and the central region, including branches throughout Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado and the St. Louis area.
“Leslie is a dynamic force in sales and her proven leadership has led to the great success of our central region and Canadian sales teams,” stated Sean West, Associa senior vice president of sales. “In her new position, she will be able to expand her client reach and build partnerships across North America, all while leading our national sales teams and implementing a strategic growth plan. Ms. Baldwin has a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Fort Lauderdale College and has attained the Certified Manager of Community Association (CMCA®) and Association Management Specialist (AMS®) designations from the Community Associations Institute (CAI).
