Mr. Dietrich comes to Somerset Association Management with more than 30 years of operational and management experience in the hospitality industry. He has held several executive positions including vice president, director of operations, and regional director. Most recently, Mr. Dietrich served as the executive vice president for Springwood Hospitality. As the new vice president for the Austin market, Mr. Dietrich will focus on day-to-day operations, business development, client growth, and employee training and retention.
