Chantilly, VA – June 25, 2018 – Associa’s Community Management Corporation (CMC), Select Community Services (SCS) and Legum & Norman (L&N) branches have a record-breaking 1st half of 2018 with the addition of 47 new communities across Virginia, Maryland and the Washington DC area.
The communities are comprised of more than 1700 units, including single-family homes, condominiums, townhomes as well as 55+ active adult communities. These unique properties provide special amenities for their residents including on-site retail, private tennis courts, recreation areas, and planned social activities.
“The CMC, SCS and L&N teams have been working extremely hard to expand our customer reach in 2018,” stated John Tsitos, CMCA®, AMS®, PCAM®, Associa CMC president. “At the beginning of this year, a challenge was extended to branches to enhance customer service, reach more residents, and focus on delivering unsurpassed management and lifestyle services. We gladly accepted that challenge. I am proud of each team’s efforts and look forward to continuing our progress.”
“The dedication of each team has been demonstrated with the impressive number of new clients that have entrusted us with managing their communities,” stated Marc McCoy, CMCA®, AMS®, L&N president. “Our Resorts team has been a vital part in that success, representing more than 50 percent of the branches’ growth. The recent launch of TownSq, Associa’ s new all-in-one communication app and digital platform, has also proven to be a major differentiator in our market allowing us the opportunity to deliver an exceptional value add to our current and potential clients. Associa will continue to accept the challenge and be a leader and innovator in the industry.”
