Minneapolis, MN – June 14, 2018 — Cities Management, an Associa company, is proud to announce that Michelle Boeck, human resource and training manager, completed the required training to earn the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM®) designation from Community Associations Institute (CAI). The PCAM® designation is the highest professional recognition available nationwide to managers who specialize in community association management.
Ms. Boeck has been a valued Cities Management team member for more than 10 years and currently oversees the human resources department, manager training program, and board training events as well as serves as the wellness ambassador.
To obtain this highly sought-after industry achievement, community managers must complete rigorous milestones, which include completing five years of direct community association management experience, successful completion of all six CAI M-200 level courses and passing the CMCA® examination administered by CAMICB.
“Cities Management is extremely proud of Michelle’s dedication and determination in earning this prestigious credential,” stated Traci Lehman, Cities Management president. “It takes hard work earning your PCAM® designation and it is a huge accomplishment for our team and benefits our communities, residents and board members. We strive to encourage our team members to continue their education and expand their industry knowledge and Michelle’s achievement demonstrates that effort.”
Ms. Boeck holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Hospitality and Tourism with a Minor in Property Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
