Detroit, MI – June 12, 2018 - LandArc, an Associa company, announces Jeff Gourlie AMS®, PCAM®, as the new branch president.
In addition to enhancing the already exceptional customer services that the LandArc team provides, Mr. Gourlie will focus on developing and maintaining strong personal relationships with clients, communities and residents.
Mr. Gourlie has more than 32 years of community association management experience and has held many positions including community manager, resident manager, maintenance supervisor, chief operating officer and vice president. He most recently served as the president of Associa’s Kramer-Triad branch.
“Jeff has extensive association management experience and his knowledge of community operations, maintenance and preservation is unrivaled,” stated Craig Koss, Associa senior vice president - central region operations. “His unique vision and strategy for branch growth will lead LandArc into the next phase of providing exceptional management services. Mr. Gourlie has earned the Association Management Specialist (AMS) and Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designations from Community Associations Institute (CAI). He has been a guest lecturer at CAI Michigan Chapter seminars and the United Condominium Owners of Michigan (UCOM) annual seminar. Mr. Gourlie is an avid volunteer and has served on the CAI Michigan Chapter Board of Directors as president and treasurer, as well as vice chairman on the Membership Advisory Committee for CAI.
