July 27, 2018

Carlsbad, CA – July 27, 2018 - The Prescott Companies (TPC), an Associa company, hosted a resident appreciation night for homeowners of the Rancho Tesoro community.

The “Cabana Nights” themed event offered more than 100 homeowners, board members and management team members the opportunity to meet and build lasting relationships. The fun evening included food, a competitive game of Bingo, swimming, and arts and crafts for the kids.

“The Prescott Companies is dedicated to providing our residents and communities the chance to build relationships with each other and the management team,” stated Felicia Baker, The Prescott Companies senior community manger. “The event was a fun way to network and get to know each other while playing games, drinking premier coffee and eating delicious food. We look forward to hosting more events in the future.”
