The community is in the heart of Northern Virginia’s famed and majestic Shenandoah Valley with surrounding areas rich in American history, including the Verdant hills and Shenandoah River.
“Associa Community Management Corporation is proud that Shenandoah Homeowners Association and HLS were honored by the National Association of Landscape Professionals,” stated John Tsitos, Associa Community Management Corporation president. “The beautiful community was recognized for excellence in overall appearance, degree of difficulty for maintenance, and quality of materials used.”
