Miami, FL – August 30, 2018 – Marquis Association Management, an Associa company and Miami’s premier luxury property management firm, has been selected to manage the historic Key Largo Anglers Club in Key Largo, Florida.
The Key Largo Anglers Club began as a small fishing camp and trading post on the Bay side of Card Sound. In the early 1930s, the Club became part of the “Florida Year Round Club,” which was owned by Roney Investment Company and included the exclusive Miami Biltmore and Roney Plaza on Miami Beach. The Club developed a historic reputation for providing a unique and casually elegant “fishing camp” getaway to its growing membership. The Angers Club continues to foster an exclusive environment conducive to promoting social and recreational amenities in a manner that is consistent with the low-key ambiance created by its founders and maintained by succeeding generations.
“The Key Largo Anglers Club is a historic community with an abundance of history that seeps deep into local traditions,” stated Mark Blackburn, Marquis Association Management president. “Marquis Association Management’s partnership with the Anglers Club will mark the first time since their doors opened that they have entrusted the day-to-day operations to a management firm. We are honored to have been selected to manage the community and look forward to providing the best management and lifestyle services available.”
