Roger Kinney Selected as President of Smith Management Group

St. Louis, MO – July 3, 2017 – The Smith Management Group, an Associa company, is proud to announce Roger Kinney as its new president.  

Mr. Kinney will oversee Smith Management’s community association management operations in the St. Louis metropolitan area with a focus on delivering performance that enriches communities and provides unsurpassed management and maintenance service.

A University of Missouri graduate, Mr. Kinney served for six years as the general manager for Locke Lake, a 1500-acre planned, four-season recreational community in New Hampshire before transitioning into the beverage industry where he served for 25 years with Coca-Cola Enterprises, Coca-Cola USA, the Vernors Company and the Seven-Up Company. His career in the beverage industry culminated in leading Pepsi America’s Eastern Europe operations headquartered in Warsaw, Poland.

Kinney served as president and CEO of Associa Canyon Gate Real Estate Services in Albuquerque, NM from 2010 – 2013, and most recently as the senior vice president, operations of Smith Management Group.
