VANCOUVER, B.C. – May 15, 2017 – Associa British Columbia’s management team will be hosting “The Strata Corporation’s Duty to Repair and Maintain” seminar from 6-8PM PT on May 30, 2017. The session will focus on pertinent sections of the Strata Property Act and standard Bylaws, specifically repairing and maintaining common property. The four industry speakers will divulge helpful tips on how to plan for special projects, work more effectively within the current adopted budget, and how to be more efficient in completing day-to-day maintenance projects.

She has served Vancouver and the lower mainland communities of residential & commercial strata’s, residential rentals, commercial properties, co-op and non-profit housing, societies housing and the unique experience of stratified hotels.
