MIRAMAR, Fla. – March 23, 2017 – Association Services of Florida, an Associa company, proudly welcomes Andrew Reina as its new director of operations. Reina will oversee employee development, operational optimization efforts and process improvements, as well as customer service initiatives in this new role.
“Andrew is a seasoned association management professional with exceptional expertise in all areas of business operations,” said Association Services of Florida President Marc Rodriguez, LCAM, CMCA, AMS. “His consistent track record of improving customer satisfaction, reducing expenses and streamlining processes for greater efficiency will help the ASF team continue to serve our homeowners with industry-leading customer service, while helping us grow our portfolio in the area.”
Reina arrives at Associa after nearly nine years as a property manager for KW Property Management and Consulting. In this role he directed the grand opening and all ensuing day-to-day aspects of property management for a 120-unit boutique residence on the bay. Reina supervised the concierge, maintenance, front desk, security, receiving, landscaping and pool personnel, while managing A/P and A/R functions and CAM accounting reports.
Prior to KW, Reina was an assistant property manager with The Continental Group where he helped open and oversee the on-going property management of a 200-unit high rise. In addition to providing input on various monthly and weekly management reports, he worked regularly with residents on issue resolution.
Reina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration (finance) from the University of Miami and holds the Florida Community Association Manager License (LCAM) and Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designations. He is also an active member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI).
