The staff changes include the promotion of Elias Crenshaw to senior vice president of community management operations and Vincent Oliva to senior vice president of finance. Christina Meci will now serve as administrative office manager and Gloria Arteaga, Larry Hartman and Zara McFadden are now serving as dedicated community directors.
In addition to the individual advancements, Associa Nevada South has revamped their internal organizational structure to provide a higher level of support to their communities. These changes include the implementation of a client services team solely focused on providing exceptional customer service to homeowners. The communities will also receive an increased level of support from a dedicated team led by a community director, community manager and supported by an assistant manager and compliance officer.
