Houston Community Management Services Promotes Mike DeSilva to Business Development Manager

Houston, TX – December 6, 2017 – Houston Community Management Services (HCMS) promotes Mike DeSilva as the new business development manager.

Mr. DeSilva has more than 20 years in the banking and financial services industry where he focused on delivering exceptional customer service and building beneficial client relationships. In his new position, Mr. DeSilva will bring communities in the Houston area the unmatched Associa experience and change the way they receive their management services.

Mr. DeSilva holds his CMCA® designation and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance/Business Law from Sam Houston State University.
