Associa’s Somerset Prepares for 2017 at Leadership Conference

February 02, 2017

DALLAS, Texas – February 2, 2017 – Somerset Association Management, an Associa company, recently named a new president, Al Wiles, who has made a quick impact by gathering nearly every employee from its three Texas branches together for a leadership conference.

“I felt it was necessary for our employees from Austin, Fort Worth, and Dallas to come together as one unit and go into 2017 motivated, educated, and feeling part of a concerted effort to perform at the highest standards,” said Wiles. “These folks don’t often see each other face-to-face and it was a great opportunity to network, discuss best practices, and game-plan for challenges ahead.”

The nearly 30 team members spent an entire day at the Associa home office in Dallas planning for the year ahead and hearing from the company’s president and other executives about initiatives, goals, policies, and expectations from the leading management firm in the industry. Somerset is a branch of Associa specializing in high-rise and high-end condominium lifestyles.
