PLEASANTON, CA – December 8, 2017 – Associa Northern California employees Jim Jager, Jason Smith, Lesley Tubby and Sarah Mitchell obtained their Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) designation and Doreen Tejeda achieves her Association Management Specialist (AMS®) designation from the Community Associations Institute (CAI).
The CMCA® designation is the only national certification program designed exclusively for managers of homeowner and condominium associations and cooperatives. The CMCA® recognizes individuals who have demonstrated the fundamental knowledge required to manage community associations. The AMS® designation demonstrates a higher level of commitment to the community association industry. To qualify, community association managers must have earned their CMCA®, had a minimum of two years actively managing communities and must pass several advanced-level courses.
“Associa Northern California is dedicated to the education and development of our employees,” stated Sharon Topping, Associa Northern California president. “We could not be more proud of the team members who have continued to strive for excellence and achieved these respected designations.
