DALLAS, Texas – April 27, 2017 – Associa, North America’s leading community association management firm, is proud to announce more than 200 employees have earned the designation of Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM®). This designation is the Community Associations Institute’s (CAI) highest professional recognition available to those who specialize in community association management.
In a ceremony on May 4 at the CAI’s National Conference and Expo in Las Vegas, Nevada, Associa added 18 new members to the list, bringing the grand total of PCAM®s to 228, more than twice as many as the nearest industry competitor.
“The PCAM® designation is the ultimate testament to this group of employees’ dedication and unsurpassed customer service. We are extremely proud of our PCAM® designees and are honored to lead the industry in our number of PCAM®s,” said Associa President and Chief Operating Officer, Patrick Brensinger. “As we continue our efforts to be the leader in community association management, we encourage all of our managers to work towards this prestigious designation.”
In order to earn the PCAM® designation, community management professionals must have five years of association management experience, successfully complete six M-200 level programs, earn the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) designation and complete a case study, among other industry specifications.
