MISSISSAUGA, O.N. – April 6, 2017 – Maple Ridge Community Management (MRCM), an Associa company, is pleased to announce the recent promotion of Mark Marshall, RCM, to the position of Vice President.

In his new role, Marshall will continue to work on his portfolio of clients, and will now be responsible for spearheading the introduction of Associa OnCall. He will also work alongside Le Page developing new business and sales plans.
Marshall was one of MRCM’s first employees to receive the Registered Condominium Manager (RCM) designation. First established in Ontario, and administered by the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario, the RCM Designation represents knowledge and professionalism in the field of the condominium management in Canada. The designation is awarded following proof of experience, participation in the established course curriculum and successful completion of the RCM examination.
An RCM must uphold ethical standards, have a proven depth of knowledge, utilize recognized practices and be committed to providing the highest level of service to condominium boards, owners and the condominium community in general. As well, MRCM has met the stringent requirements of the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario to hold in-house RCM courses, all of which are facilitated by MRCM’s Leadership Team members.
As a valued MRCM team member for more than a decade, Marshall is a strong leader and will be an integral part of MRCM’s future growth. At the helm of Associa OnCall, Marshall will be called upon to expand its operations with all MRCM clients.
